Each WP Commander plan is per site, so you should either upgrade your account to cover all websites on your server, or you can isolate your site that is under our protection to its own server.
We cannot effectively clean one site on your server if all the other sites are infected. Cross-site contamination will lead to sites infecting one another in an endless circle. Please contact our Support Team for any guidance regarding an effective multi-site setup.
