Why wp-content is not in the backup?

Our backup will backup all WordPress folders by default. The standard WordPress folders that our system backs up are: wp-content, wp-includes and wp-admin.  You can see these folder in the backup history page of WP Commander. But if your WordPress installation has a non-standard WordPress folder structure, you might not see some of these folders in the backup history. Some web hosts like Flywheel has non-standard WordPress structure where the wp-content folder is in a different directory.   However, we can assure you that the wp-content folder is backed up by WP Commander.
